On February 29, 2012 Dakota Christian Williams of London (Ohio) High School died at just 15 years of age after suffering with a lifelong case of nemaline myopathy.  To remember the impact of his life, they will be premiering my most recent commission, ...of memories and resiliency..., for concert band and optional SATB chorus, at their annual spring concert.  Thanks to Angie Wetzel Fugate for this commission and the chance to be a part of remembering Dakota. 

My commission from the very talented saxophonist John Seaton, Myrrh for alto saxophone and live electronics, is scheduled to premiere at the 2012 World Saxophone Congress this July in Scotland.  Thanks, John for your efforts in this collaboration!
